Rich aromas of pear and tropical fruit. Notes of baked apple pie create a richly textured wine that lingers on the palate.
Since the quality of this wine was primarily shaped in the vineyard, our renowned winemaker kept the winemaking to a minimum and guided rather than formed the wine. The Chardonnay grapes were harvested and pressed directly to tanks where the juice was allowed to clarify naturally. After fermenting in barrels the wine matured on the yeast for several months before racking, filtering and bottling.
