Harvested from vineyards situated in the east-west running valleys of the Santa Ynez mountains, the wine benefited from ocean breezes that would bring nightly cool temperatures to offset the warm days of this ideal Chardonnay growing region.The grapes were night-harvested, whole-cluster pressed and fermented at cool temperatures, producing a wine suited to pair with modern California cuisine.
