The fruit for this Marlborough New Zealand Sauvignon blanc was specially selected from vineyard parcels that are known to give fresh, vibrant and expressive characters such as passionfruit, cut grass and citrus. The fruit is picked and processed in the early hours to retain freshness and crispness. The juice is fermented with a specially selected yeast strain at a cool temperature delivering an explosion of freshness, minerality and length on the palate.
Pairs beautifully with Thai fish cakes, prawns or salads with goat cheese.
