Enchanting flavors of rich black cherry, wild blackberry and cranberry are balanced with an elegant tannic structure and smooth finish.
The grapes were picked at their peak of ripeness to emphasize the fruit-forward style of the Magistrate Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Pressing was carried out at the perfect level of dryness, in order to allow the mature tannins to express themselves and balance the dark fruit foundation. Elevage in barrel lasted 24 months before bottling.
Enjoy with meats such as dry-aged beef or roast leg of lamb.
